The Assembly Hall of Yama (Lord of Death) -
The assembly hall of Yama was also constructed by Vishwakarma and it is neither cool nor hot. There is no mourning, hunger, thirst, senility, fatigue, wrath, humility etc overthere.
Many Brahmarshis and Rajarshis stay here and worship Yama. Many kings like Yayati, Nahusha, Puru, Mandhata, Nriga, Kartveerya, Arishtnemi, Kriti, Nimi, Pratardan and Shivi etc are posthumously present here and are engaged in hard veneration of Yama.
Only the eminent, veracious, hermits and Karmyogis are allowed to enter here.
